Do I need to be home for pick-up/drop-off?
No - if you’re not home, we provide a secure lockbox option so we can safely collect and return your dog.

Do I have to be located in Lexington?
Technically no, we will do a “bus stop” where you pick up/drop off your dog to an approved location in Lexington, KY for our trainers to collect them.

What’s the schedule?
Pick-up between 7:30-9:00 AM, drop-off between 2-4 PM on Mondays.

Does my dog need to be crate trained?
Yes! I would like the dog to have understanding of what a crate is and not have severe anxieties towards the crate. If you are unsure of your dogs discomfort with a crate, it can be discussed during the initial phone consultation.

What if my dog is stressed or vomits during car rides?
If they are stressed in the car, we can discuss the what type of stess your dog has during our inital phone consult. However, if they have car sickness, I would not consider your pup to be a good fit!

Can I book more than four sessions?
Yes! Many clients continue beyond the initial four days for ongoing growth and enrichment.

Do you ever offer discounts?
Yes! The third round you sign up for is discounted.
